Because the query type was not properly set when doing a soft delete, Sequelize tried to format the result in the wrong format.

The node-uuid package is deprecated.

The new 3.x version drops the parse and unparse methods which were used in instance integration tests. Tests were updated to use uuid-validate package to validate UUID generation.

Makes it possible to pass condition objects (e.g. {foo: 'bar'}) to Sequelize.fn(), Sequelize.cast().
This makes it easy to use conditional counts in Sequelize queries, e.g.

Sequelize.fn('sum', {name: 'Fred'}) which results in SUM(`name` = 'Fred') which can be used in attribute definition

InnoDB's new Barracuda file format offers 2 new types of row formats
which offer significant improvements if working with utf8mb4 collation
by supporting index key prefixes up to 3072 bytes instead of the
default of 767 bytes offered with COMPACT or REDUNDANT row types
offered in the legacy Antelope file format.

This commit adds `ROW_FORMAT` support to the query-generator for
the mysql dialect by adding `options.format` for sequelize.define().
