Improve wording in CONTRIBUTING.DOCS.md

Small text edit - CONTRIBUTING.DOCS.md

Hello - noticed some typos when reading through the file.  Believe the following changes will help make the documentation more clear:

add QueryTypes.SHOWTABLES

Refactor checking for a SHOW TABLES query so that we're no longer
doing a string comparison to determine this query type.

Docs- Wording changes on 'Defining A Model'

Changed periods to colons before code snippets

Update getting-started.md

Wording tweak- first paragraph

fieldname mapping for model.count added

Many of the code snippets that should have had a colon instead had a period. Periods were appropriate for some code blocks (and I left those as periods), but the ones below should have colons:

Corrected invalid syntax

Add `pg-hstore` to "Getting Started"

Move pg-hstore to devDependencies
