Changed periods to colons before code snippets

Update getting-started.md

Wording tweak- first paragraph

fieldname mapping for model.count added

Many of the code snippets that should have had a colon instead had a period. Periods were appropriate for some code blocks (and I left those as periods), but the ones below should have colons:

Corrected invalid syntax

Add `pg-hstore` to "Getting Started"

Move pg-hstore to devDependencies

fix formatting of periods

Small Typo

Update copyright year range to 2015
